We ship our Sea Moss Gel frozen and carefully packed with insulated materials and cold packs to help keep it chilled during transit. However, depending on transit time, weather conditions, and unexpected carrier delays, your gel may arrive partially or fully thawed and may have a softer or more liquid consistency.

Some thawing during transit is normal and does not necessarily mean there is an issue with your gel. Sea Moss Gel naturally becomes softer as it warms and will thicken again once properly chilled.

Upon delivery, please refrigerate your Sea Moss Gel promptly. After several hours in the refrigerator, or overnight, it should return to its normal gel-like consistency.
