What is Sea Moss?
Sea moss is a nutrient-rich algae grown on the rocky coasts of the Atlantic Ocean. It is a "superfood" with high mineral content. It contains 92 of the 102 minerals that our bodies need. Some of these minerals include iodine, potassium, calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium, and vitamins A, B and C.
We take raw sea moss, clean it, soak it in water and blend it into a gel form that is ready for consumption.
Our sea moss is keto-friendly, vegan-friendly, dairy free, and gluten free.

How do I consume it and how much do I take?
You can consume sea moss gel by the spoon or add it to any drink of your choice.
Suggested dosage is 2 tablespoons daily but most people take 1-3 tablespoon per day. Start with 1 tablespoon and let your body get used to it.
NOTE: If taking multiple spoons at once, use a clean spoon to avoid contaminating your jar.
What is the shelf life?
The shelf life of sea moss gel is about 3-4 weeks refrigerated. If you take 1 tablespoon per day with a 16 oz jar you should be done in two weeks.
Frozen, unopened jars can last in the freezer for up to a year.
